To Hold Your Dates:

A 10% deposit is required to hold your desired dates. Deposits are refundable should you be unable to make your trip - notify us of any cancellation at least 90 days prior to your reserved dates.

To Book Your Trip:

A 50% deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival date. The balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

Payments can be made in the United States via certified check or money order, and mailed to our office in Mass, USA. Personal checks are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances arise beyond your control that may require cancellation of your travels. Should you find yourself unable to attend on this trip, our cancellation policy is as follows:

A refund of all monies paid, over and above the initial 10% deposit, will be reimbursed upon written notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

If we are unable to re-book your dates, cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. No refund of monies paid will be returned to no-shows or to those who cancel within 30 days of scheduled arrival.
