The Mar Huron

Mar Huron offers guided day charters aboard our 28 ft Intruder offshore fishing boat. Your fishing guide is owner-operator Capt Michael Packard (USCG, IGFA certified).

Capt Michael Packard had the Mar Huron custom built in 1999. The boat was designed and built in Costa Rica by reputable boat builder Pete Magee with space and comfort in mind.

She's powered by twin Honda 115 4 strokes.Your day of fishing will be unbelievably quiet and smooth.

The design of her hull is extra-wide and long, making the Mar Huron comfortable and spacious enough for up to four anglers.

She's been equipped with the latest in boating equipment and technology including: Furuno GPS and Fish Finder; Shimano, Penn International and Ambassador, reels; from light tackle bait casters to 50 lb stand-up gear; live-bait well.
